We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to handle accounting and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be capable of managing financial records while supporting day-to-day office operations.
Accounting Duties:
Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist with payroll preparation and bank reconciliations
Support in budgeting, expense tracking, and audit preparation
Administrative Duties:
Manage office operations and maintain records and documentation
Handle correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Support HR and management in day-to-day office activities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
2–3 years of experience in accounting and administration
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
