Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records for construction projects and real estate operations
Handle project-wise accounting, including cost allocation and revenue recognition
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor budgets, project costs, and variance analysis
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including contractor/vendor payments
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and statutory requirements
Track project billing, invoicing, and collections
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation
Coordinate with project managers for financial updates and reporting
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in construction and real estate accounting
Strong knowledge of project accounting, GST, and TDS
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP) and MS Excel
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
