Job Description: Accounts (Back Office)
Location: Shilaj, Ahmedabad
Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate for a back office role in basic accounting. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and experience in data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments)

• Maintaining records of bills, vouchers, and supporting documents

• Reconciling bank statements and ledgers

• Assisting in GST, TDS data preparation

• Coordinating with the accountant/auditor for periodic reports

• Managing filing and documentation tasks

Requirements:

• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience

• Basic knowledge of Tally or any accounting software

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualification:

• B.Com or related degree
