Job Description

🧾 Position : Accountant (Male)

🎓 Qualification : Graduate

📈 Experience : Min 2 Years

🗺️ Location : Sector 18, Noida

💰 Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000

🕥 Timing : 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

🛌 Week Off : 2 Monthly Off (can negotiate)

💎 Industry : Jewellery

🛠️ Skills Required :

• Proficiency in TallyPrime / ERP and Microsoft Excel

• Strong knowledge of GST compliance

• Stock reconciliation

• Knowledge of jewellery GST rates

• Must have working experience in Jwelly ERP

📋 Responsibilities :

• Billing and invoice generation in Jwelly ERP

• Day-to-day bookkeeping in TallyPrime

• GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) & ITC reconciliation

• Stock reconciliation of bullion, lab-grown diamonds & finished jewellery

• Assist in preparation of monthly P&L, cash flow & MIS reports

• Managing vendor payments, customer advances & receivables

• TDS deduction, deposit & quarterly return filing

• Coordination with CA for audits & statutory closure

• Petty cash management & daily bank reconciliation
