✅ Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounts (Sales, Purchase, Expenses)
Record entries in accounting software like Tally / Excel
Manage ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliation
✅ Billing & Invoicing
Generate invoices and e-way bills
Track payments and follow up with clients
Maintain records of receivables and payables
✅ GST & Taxation
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Handle TDS entries and returns
Ensure compliance with tax regulations
✅ Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
Maintain proper documentation and records
✅ Audit Support
Assist in internal and external audits
Prepare required documents and reports
Ensure compliance with financial standards
🔹 Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Hands-on experience in Tally / Busy / ERP
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
Good Excel skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
