Artist House is a vibrant creative space in Udaipur, bringing together art, culture, and community. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance, and support the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll, etc.).

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/other accounting software.

• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.

• Manage petty cash and reconcile bank statements.

• Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances are met on time.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and auditors as needed.

• Support budgeting and cost management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (hospitality/creative industry experience is a plus).

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and basic accounting tools.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
