Role Overview

Keiiarra is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Dombivli East. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and handling invoice and inventory accounting for our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, entry posting, and ledger maintenance using Tally Prime / Zoho Books (or relevant software).

• Prepare, record, and process GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS computations, and maintain compliance records.

• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and customer balance updates.

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), following up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely vendor payouts.

• Track product inventory values, cost of goods, sales receipts, and petty cash expenses.

• Assist in finalizing monthly balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and year-end audits.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.

• 2–4 years of practical accounting experience (prior experience in retail, manufacturing, or FMCG preferred).

• Hands-on proficiency in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

• Solid understanding of Indian tax laws, GST filing processes, and TDS regulations.

• Strong numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Candidates residing in or near Dombivli East are preferred for easy commuting.
