Job Description

Accountant (Petty Cash & Tally Operations)

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Expert Research. The role is focused on petty cash handling, Tally entries, and basic financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance in daily accounting operations.

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000

Key Responsibilities

Manage and record daily petty cash transactions (payments, receipts, expenses)
Maintain accurate entries in Tally (ERP)
Prepare and update basic balance sheets and financial summaries
Verify cash balances and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
Assist in maintaining organized financial records for internal review

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0.5 – 3 years in basic accounting or Tally operations
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
Understanding of petty cash management and bookkeeping
Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Preferred (Optional)

Degree in Accounting / Finance (not mandatory)
Basic understanding of balance sheet preparation
