Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, including billing, invoicing, voucher preparation, and maintaining accounts. The role involves generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and managing accounts using Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, receipts, and vouchers.

·         Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in Tally.

·         Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

·         Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

·         Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly.

·         Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.

·         Maintain petty cash and handle expense reimbursements.

·         Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

·         Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

·         Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

·         Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

·         Good communication and organizational skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

·         3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

·         Experience in GST, TDS, and audit processes preferred.
