Accountant

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Bank Runner to support our finance and administrative functions. The primary role involves visiting various banks to collect important documents such as account statements, account closure letters, passbooks, and other banking correspondence as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit banks to collect account statements, closure letters, cheque books, and other financial documents.

• Submit and collect documents as per instructions from the finance or admin team.

• Ensure safe and timely delivery of sensitive documents to the office.

• Maintain a log of all documents collected/submitted.

• Coordinate with bank officials as necessary for any follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of banking processes.

• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
