Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience to join our Finance & Accounts team at our Sindhu Bhavan Road office in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate must have expert-level proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory), along with a solid understanding of accounting practices and day-to-day financial operations. Strong typing speed and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispatch client invoices on a regular basis.

• Scan, organize, and ensure timely dispatch of client bills.

• Maintain and update accounting records accurately in Tally Prime.

• Handle accounts receivable and payable processes.

• Reconcile financial data and assist in the preparation of financial reports.

• Support routine accounting functions and assist in daily operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely documentation and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in an accounting role.

• Expert proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.

• Strong typing skills and hands-on experience with MS Office tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Basic communication skills for internal and client coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
