Position: Accountant
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role
Solutions Incorporation is looking for a dedicated, loyal, and trustworthy Accountant to join our team. We are seeking an individual with the highest level of integrity who can responsibly manage company finances, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate handling of all payments, receipts, and financial records. The ideal candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safeguarding the company's financial interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including payments, receipts, deposits, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Handle company funds responsibly while maintaining complete transparency and accountability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow on a regular basis.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments on time.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with applicable laws.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and preparation of MIS reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information and company records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants whenever required.
- Identify discrepancies and implement measures to strengthen financial controls and prevent errors or misuse of funds.
Requirements
- Postgraduate or Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and general accounting practices.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
