• Maintain day-to-day financial records including vouchers, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable — ensure all vendor and customer payments are recorded accurately.

• Prepare and update cash books, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during internal and external audits.

• Monitor petty cash expenses and prepare expense summaries.

• Assist management in budget tracking and cost control.

• Maintain accurate documentation for all accounting transactions.

• Use accounting software (like Tally/ERP) for data entry and report generation.
