Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
Transaction Management: Record and document all financial transactions, manage accounts payable (vendor payments) and accounts receivable (collections).
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and resolve discrepancies.
Tax & Compliance: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns (GST, Income Tax), and ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS/AS) and Companies Act.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Auditing: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
Financial Analysis: Provide detailed analysis of financial data to support management decision-making.
System Maintenance: Maintain financial data security, perform backups, and help implement accounting system improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting; CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred for senior roles.
Experience: 1-5 years in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel (advanced).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax laws.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.
