Job Description:

Judicious HR Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in accounting records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, bills, and financial statements
Manage bank reconciliations and ledger entries
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing
Coordinate with internal teams and auditors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
1–3 years of accounting experience
Knowledge of Tally / Excel / accounting software
Basic understanding of GST & TDS
Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Good communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
