We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records for our real estate operations. The candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience with accounting tasks and basic proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records including sales, purchases, and expenses
Prepare and update cash books, ledgers, and vouchers
Assist in GST calculations and TDS entries
Prepare reports for management using Excel
Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and external accountants
Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Handle petty cash and site-level financial activities
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 6 months of accounting experience
Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (formulas, tables, formatting)
Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software is a plus
Good understanding of accounting principles
Attention to detail and time management
