Position: Accountant
Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for clients.
Maintain monthly and annual accounts and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Manage accounting entries using Tally and QuickBooks.
Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices and bills for clients.
Generate bills and invoices as required.
Convert and process accounting data, including CSV file conversion and uploads.
Maintain proper records of income, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Assist with preparation of year-end accounts and financial statements.
Coordinate with clients to collect required accounting documents and information.
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally and QuickBooks.
Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Experience in monthly and annual accounting.
Good Excel and CSV data-handling skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and client coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
