We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Jani Farsan House Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Check & manage daily accounting tasks
Recording transactions: Enter daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into the general ledger.
Managing invoices: Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconciling accounts: Match bank statements and credit card records with internal ledgers to catch errors.
Excel and Spreadsheets: BASIC IN advanced formulas (like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH), pivot tables, and data formatting for custom reporting.
Core Accounting Software: Use industry-standard platforms like Tally Prime to record transactions and generate ledgers.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 4 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
