We are looking for an Account cum Admin Assistant to join our team at at Jai Vakeel Foundation & Research Centre. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹16000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain and update office files, records, and documents.
Ensure all data is entered accurately and systematically.
Administrative Support
Handle daily office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Assist in preparing letters, memos, and reports.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate for replenishment.
Data Entry & Reporting
Enter data into systems/software as required.
Generate reports and share them with management.
Accounts Assistance (If applicable)
Support basic accounting tasks such as bill entries, voucher preparation, and maintaining petty cash.
Assist in verifying invoices and receipts.
Compliance & Confidentiality
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Accounting
Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.
Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.
Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). And must have Marathi and English Typing Course.
