J J Jewellers is a boutique, family-run jewellery business with over 17 years of experience in fine gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery. Based in Mumbai, we cater primarily to international clients and have both retail and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses, petty cash).

Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports.

Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.

Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts.

Manage accounts payable/receivable and inventory accounting.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis.

Maintain fixed asset and payroll records.

Handle personal bookkeeping, investment records, and tax preparation for partners.

Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and reporting to the senior company accountant.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and vendors for statutory compliance.

Requirements

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.

Experience: Minimum 4 years in accounting or finance.

Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting tools like Zoho Books or QuickBooks.

Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST & Income Tax.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Comfortable in a small to medium-scale enterprise setup.
