Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and ensure timely data entry in accounting systems.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and financial documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for account-related queries.
Assist with audits and tax filings as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
