Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and internal policies
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures
Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement (if applicable)
