Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Claim Billing / Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for processing billing information, verifying claim details, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day back-office operations. Key Responsibilities
Process claim billing and maintain accurate records.
Verify claim documents and billing details for accuracy.
Update customer and claim information in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
Handle data entry and back-office administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and billing information.
Required Skills
