Job Description

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. • Monitor cash flow and maintain financial controls. • Prepare and file tax returns, VAT/GST reports, and other statutory submissions. • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
