Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Purchase and Sales entry in Tally & Teknik on a daily basis
Bank reconciliation for ICICI Bank and IndusInd Bank on a daily basis
CN/DN (Credit Note & Debit Note) entries from Teknik to Tally on a monthly basis
Import Teknik sales and bank receipt data on a daily basis
Maintain party cash receipt and deposit entries in Tally
Handle cheque return entries in Tally
Perform daily Teknik data correction and modifications
Coordinate with Admin Team for data and operational support
Filing and maintaining all accounting and office documents
Debtors and Creditors account matching and reconciliation
Handle miscellaneous accounting and office-related work
