Position: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales, purchase and expense records.

- Record all customer payments, vendor payments and outstanding balances.

- Manage cash, bank transactions and payment reconciliation.

- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills and payment receipts.

- Maintain GST invoices and assist with GST returns, TDS and other compliance work as applicable.

- Maintain customer-wise and supplier-wise ledgers.

- Track courier expenses, repair-related expenses and daily business expenses.

- Reconcile bank statements, UPI payments and cash balances.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.

- Maintain salary, attendance and staff payment records.

- Coordinate with management and the external CA for accounting and tax-related work.

- Keep all financial documents and company records organized and confidential.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.

- Practical experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.

- Understanding of GST, invoicing and bank reconciliation.

- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

- Honest, responsible and well-organized.

- Ability to maintain records independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.

- Prior accounting experience preferred.

- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Job Details

- Working hours: 10.30 Am to 7.00 Pm.

- Salary: 15000-17500.

- Joining: As soon as possible.
