Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Assistant cum Accountant to manage daily office administration and accounting tasks. The candidate will be responsible for handling office coordination, documentation, accounts management, vendor payments, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and office administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
Handle day-to-day office administrative activities
Maintain office files, records, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, clients, consultants, and staff
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, calls)
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Prepare letters, reports, and office documents
Assist management in daily operational work
Maintain office supplies and vendor follow-ups
Support HR and recruitment coordination if required
Accounts & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
Handle petty cash management and expense tracking
Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and receipts
Maintain purchase records and vendor bills
Bank reconciliation and payment processing
GST data preparation and coordination with CA
Maintain salary records and reimbursement tracking
Assist in monthly MIS reports
Handle account payable and receivable entries
Maintain proper financial documentation and compliance records
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally
Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and accounting procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and multitasking ability
Professional and presentable personality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
Additional certification in Accounting / Finance is preferred
Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in office administration and accounting
Experience in real estate / PMC / construction industry preferred

Should be proactive and responsible
Ability to work independently and under deadlines
Good documentation and follow-up skills
Experience in handling confidential financial records
Immediate joiners preferred
