Key Responsibilities:
E-Invoice Generation: Accurately generate and manage einvoice for transactions to ensure compliance and timely processing.
Sales Register Maintenance in Microsoft Excel: Keep up-to-date records of sales transactions and maintain the sales register to ensure all data is accurately captured.
Delivery Challan: Make delivery challan / order workflow to be followed.
Receipt in tally : Mark receipts in tally for payment received.
Documentation: Maintain systematic records of all accounting documents and transactions.
Excel Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and reports for financial tracking.
Tally Data Entry: Time to time data entry in Tally as per requirement.
Process of Interview
Primary Screening: Based on the resume provided.
First Interview: Testing practical skills in Excel, Tally, and basic accounting tasks.
Final Interview: Final interview with senior management to assess fit within the team.
