Accountant

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records using Tally. We value punctuality, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to financial management.

​Key Responsibilities

​Daily Accounting: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including cash flow management and bank reconciliations.

​Statutory Compliance: Handle end-to-end GST (filings and reconciliations) and TDS (deduction and deposit) processes.

​Invoicing: Timely generation and recording of Sales and Purchase invoices.

​Inventory & Vouchers: Maintain accurate records of inventory, journal vouchers, and ledger entries in Tally.

​Auditing Support: Assist in internal and statutory audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.

​Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records for easy retrieval.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Experience: Proven experience in a similar accounting role (2+ years preferred).

​Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

​Taxation Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST laws, TDS rates, and latest accounting standards.

​Soft Skills: Must be highly punctual, organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.
