Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive (Male/Female) for our office located in Inderlok, Delhi. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance with GST regulations.

Job Overview

Location: Inderlok, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Gender: Male / Female (Both can apply)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Accounting: Maintain daily books of accounts using Tally Prime.

Inventory & Billing: Manage all Sale and Purchase entries, ensuring correct stock reflecting in the system.

Compliance: Generate and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices for goods movement.

Reconciliation: Perform regular Bank Reconciliation and reconcile vendor/customer ledgers.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain data in MS Excel for management reporting (MIS).

Documentation: Handle GST-related documentation and support in GST return filing (GSTR-1, 3B).

Requirements & Skills

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, etc.).

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with the GST portal for E-Way Bill generation.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

Education: B.Com or M.Com graduate preferred.

Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
