Periodic Balance Sheet preparation.
Statutory compliances – direct & indirect taxes.
MIS to Management & Ledger Scrutiny.
Overall Control on Accounts Payable & Receivable
Monitoring Daily transactions and day closing.
Organization Structure
· Sr. Executive Accounts - Reports to Hod., Experience: 5-10 yrs, Education: M.com/ BCA/ any other management
Qualification, Salary monthly – 50k., IMMEDIATE JOINEE/ MAX 15 DAYS., PREFERRED INDUSTRY FROM HOTEL RESTAURANT
Main Responsibilities
1. Monitoring daily transactions.
2. Daily books closing.
3. Scrutinize ledgers and report the key findings and corrective actions if necessary.
4. Periodic Statutory compliances of direct & indirect taxes (Income Tax, TDS, GST, VAT, Excise, etc.)
5. Periodic MIS for management.
6. Prepare and present Quarterly and Annually B/s and P&L Get audit done by internal & statutory
auditors of books.
7. Controlling, monitoring and communication accounts payable team and contract, purchase,
sales and marketing HR admin department.
8. Communication & Coordination of Inter department for day / month closing.
9. Controlling monitoring and communication for month closing and books closing.
10. Resolve issues if any in day-to-day transaction.
11. Escalate issues if any to respective HODs and Management.
12. Vendor reconciliations as per requirement.
13. Monitor & Checking of Bills and payment / cash voucher filing once a month.
Required Skill sets:
1. Good knowledge of Accounts and transaction recording.
2. Good knowledge of TDS, GST, VAT & Excise.
3. Good knowledge of MS Excel.
4. Good Knowledge of Balance sheet preparation, finalization of accounts & Tax audit requirements.
5. Good oral and written Communication skills.
6. Good Knowledge of Tally, SAP / SAP B1.
7. People management.
