We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager to lead the accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic insights through accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will manage a small accounting team, oversee all financial transactions, and coordinate with auditors and management for decision-making.
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of Books of Accounts (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journal entries).
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ensure timely closure of accounts and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP / Ind-AS.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
Manage reconciliations of tax ledgers and ensure adherence to regulatory changes.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and statutory filings.
Supervise billing, collections, and vendor payments.
Reconcile bank statements, debtors, and creditors on a regular basis.
Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and fund management activities.
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to control expenses.
Provide financial insights and MIS reports for management review and decision-making.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement internal financial controls.
Lead, mentor, and train junior accountants and finance executives.
Ensure timely completion of accounting processes and internal audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Procurement, Operations) for smooth financial operations.
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / CMA (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
Software Proficiency: Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced), QuickBooks / SAP / Zoho Books.
Strong understanding of Accounting Standards (Ind-AS / GAAP).
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
Expertise in financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making ability.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
