Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in accounting and finance, with on-the-job training and career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry and maintaining financial records.

• Support in preparation of invoices, bills, and other financial documents.

• Handle petty cash and maintain proper documentation.

• Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly closing activities.

• Assist in filing tax returns and complying with statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.

• Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation basics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
