Job Description

 Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions Reviewing general ledger entries for accuracy and completeness Coordinating timely payments from vendors, clients, and account holders Monitoring accounts payable and receivable statuses and delegated related tasks Calculating taxes owed based on current regulations. Providing support to the Accounting Manager as needed Reconciling bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger entries  Preparing month-end closing entries for detailed reporting and recordkeeping Recording debit, credit and account transactions in computer spreadsheets and databases Preparing and processed invoices, bills, and payments timely
