Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the Jewellery Manufacturing Industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Accounting principles, GST, TDS, and proficiency in Advanced Excel. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting transactions, statutory compliance, and supporting monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries such as sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers.

• Maintain and reconcile ledgers, bank statements, and vendor/customer accounts.

• Support in finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Manage and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely reconciliation.

• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and filing of returns as per statutory timelines.

• Prepare and maintain necessary records for statutory audits, assessments, and inspections.

• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and reconciliation statements for management review.

• Maintain all accounting records and supporting documents in proper order.

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Excel & Data Management:

• Use Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.

• Support management in cost tracking, expense analysis, and budgeting reports.

Coordination & Support:

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Purchase, and HR for financial inputs and data validation.

• Liaise with CA, auditors, and consultants for returns filing and compliance matters.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime or similar accounting software.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (mandatory).

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, MBA Finance.

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts (preferably in Jewellery / Manufacturing industry

• CA Intermediate
