Job Description

1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.Daily accounts entries in Tally (sales, purchase, bank, petty cash).

• Vendor/customer payments follow-up + ageing reports.

• Weekly cash flow reporting to CEO.

• Payroll processing (PagarBook/biometric), PF & ESIC compliance.

• GST returns, factory compliance docs, license renewals.

• Maintain costing sheets per part, per machine.

• Purchase support (stationery, consumables, vendor payments).

• General office/admin management.
