Job Title: Accountant – Building & Construction Projects

Location: Sector 62, Noida
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with experience in Building and Construction Accounting to join our team at Grid Floors Private Limited, based in Sector 62, Noida. This role involves managing project-based financial transactions, tracking construction budgets, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring accurate and compliant accounting specific to the construction and infrastructure domain. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks related to construction projects, including vendor payments, purchase entries, site expenses, and contractor bills.

• Maintain project-wise financial reports, budgets, and cost tracking across multiple job sites.

• Reconcile bank statements, process invoices, and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings relevant to construction activities.

• Monitor and control inventory of materials, labour payments, and subcontractor ledgers.

• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, labour laws, and project-based financial practices.

• Work closely with project managers and site engineers to verify and record site expenses.

• Prepare and submit MIS reports, cost analysis, and profitability reports to management.

• Support statutory and internal audits of construction-related financials.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (B.Com/BBA) with specialisation in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience: Minimum 2 – 6 years of experience in Building & Construction industry accounting.

• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and construction project accounting software.

• Sound knowledge of WIP accounting, BOQ handling, RA bills, and cost centre tracking.

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance in the construction domain.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
