Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries in ERP/Accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks).
Handle account reconciliation, including bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliation.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial audits and provide required documentation.
Perform GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings and record maintenance.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, follow-up on outstanding balances.
Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Verify invoices, bills, and purchase orders, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Support management with budgeting and cost tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience (1–2 years) as an Account Executive, Accounts Assistant, or in a similar role.
Any Bachelor's degree.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and business operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
