Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the company's financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Perform bank, customer, and vendor account reconciliations.

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

• Prepare payment and receipt entries.

• Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding accounts-related matters.

• Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments as required.

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.

• Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.

• Working knowledge of GST and TDS.

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
