Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, cash flow, and financial records.
Handle invoices, bills, receipts, payments, and expense records.
Manage client and vendor payments and follow up on outstanding amounts.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reports.
Maintain bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Maintain records of tour package payments, refunds, and cancellations.
Coordinate with management, vendors, and travel consultants regarding financial matters.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of all accounting transactions.
Assist in salary processing and other office-related financial activities.
