Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and BUSY.
Handle export documentation and export-related accounting transactions.
Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and purchase/sales entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with logistics, CHA, banks, and internal teams for export documentation.
Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly closing.
Ensure timely and accurate accounting of export transactions.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and BUSY Accounting Software
Good command of MS Excel
Knowledge of Export Documentation & Procedures
Understanding of GST, TDS, and Accounting Principles
Good analytical and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Relevant experience in export accounting is preferred.
