Job Description

Geofast Industries (I) Limited, Choutuppal.

Hiring Accounts Executive (1–4 yrs) with SAP or Other ERP experience. Responsible for billing, reconciliations, vendor payments, BOM, Inventory and bookkeeping. Must have strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and basic GST & TDS knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts

• Data entry of financial transactions

• Support in accounts payable & receivable

• Prepare basic invoices and vouchers

• Assist in bank reconciliation

• Maintain records and documentation

• Support GST and compliance-related tasks

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, Bank Reconciliations, etc.).

• Monitor and analyse manufacturing costs – raw materials, labor, and overheads.

• Review inventory valuation for Raw Material, Work-in-Progress, and Finished Goods. SAP mandatory.

• Educational Qualification: UG: B. Com /PG: M.B.A/ M.Com in Commerce
