Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries in ERP/Tally.
Prepare and process purchase, sales, and journal vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, and payment documents.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.
Monitor inventory-related accounting transactions.
Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
