Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to handle the financial operations of the Bodyshop Department. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in automotive dealership operations, and excellent coordination skills.---Key Responsibilities:1. Maintain day-to-day accounting records for the Bodyshop Department.2. Prepare and reconcile daily cash, credit, and bank transactions.3. Manage vendor invoices, job cards, and payment follow-ups.4. Handle insurance company billing and claims reconciliation.5. Monitor and control outstanding receivables and payables.6. Prepare monthly reports for Bodyshop revenue and expenses.7. Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team for billing accuracy.8. Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to management.9. Support in audits, stock verification, and internal control checks.
