Responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring all accounting transactions are accurate and up to date.
Maintain daily accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses)
Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Manage bank entries and reconciliations
Prepare GST returns and assist in tax filing
Maintain financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
Coordinate with auditors when required
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software like Tally
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good numerical and analytical skills
