We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, transactions, and reporting for our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will handle property accounting, monitor cash flow, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records.
Record daily accounting transactions including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Track property-related expenses, revenues, and project costs.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Maintain documentation related to property purchases, sales, and leases.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
2–5 years of accounting experience.
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
Strong understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
