Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the daily financial operations of our mobile store. You will be responsible for everything from front-end billing to back-end bookkeeping, ensuring every handset and accessory sold is accounted for.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & POS: Manage daily customer billing, processing payments (cash, card, and digital wallets) accurately.
Sales & Purchase Entry: Record daily sales and maintain records of stock purchases from distributors.
Inventory Reconciliation: Perform regular stock audits to match physical inventory with system records (crucial for mobile IMEIs).
Bookkeeping: Maintain ledgers, track daily expenses, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Banking: Handle daily cash deposits and reconcile bank statements.
