Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries.
Calculate and file taxes while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare budgets and monitor expenses against budget.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
Support management by providing financial reports and analysis for decision-making.
