About Us

Fliptrip Holidays is a growing travel and tourism company specializing in domestic and international holiday packages, visa assistance, and travel-related services. We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive with prior travel industry experience to support our finance and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting activities related to travel bookings, invoices, and payments
Maintain accurate records of client payments, vendor payments, and reconciliations
Follow up with clients for pending and overdue payments in a professional manner
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for billing and payment closure
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations
Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports as required by Management and HR
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Complete tasks assigned by the Accounts Head / HR in a timely manner

Required Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory prior experience in the travel or tourism industry
Strong understanding of accounting processes related to travel operations
Comfortable with client follow-ups for payments
Good command of English (both verbal and written communication)
Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting tools/software
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Strong coordination and communication skills

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts within the travel industry

Compensation

₹20,000 to ₹23,000 per month, depending on interview performance and experience
