Accountant

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare

Experience: 1–3 Years (Pharma Industry Preferred)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

Profile Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting processes and preferably exposure to the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, ledger postings, and documentation

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Process invoices, payments, debit/credit notes, and expense entries

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance

• Maintain and review the general ledger and adjustments

• Support internal and external audits by providing required data

• Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)

• Experience in the pharma industry preferred

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

• MARG ERP experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
